SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Name: Kisch Law Firm, PLLC Client Communications Program

2. Program Description: This messaging program sends non-marketing text messages to individuals who have submitted an inquiry through our website at https://kischlawfirm.com or otherwise engaged our services, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications via a dedicated consent checkbox on our forms. Messages relate to your inquiry and may include appointment-related communications, follow-up communications, and requests for feedback or reviews. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to +1 978-575-8235 Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our firm. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
