Kisch Law Firm, PLLC offers an SMS program that sends:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Occasional promotions and service updates

8 . Opt-In
You may enroll by checking the consent box on our web contact form and submitting your phone number. The checkbox text reads:
“I consent to receive appointment & service text messages from Kisch Law Firm, PLLC at the number provided. **6 msgs/mo max. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. See Privacy Policy and Terms.”
Submitting the form constitutes express written consent to receive recurring SMS from us.
9 . Message Frequency
You will receive up to six (6) messages per month. Actual frequency may vary based on your appointments and interactions.
10 . Cost
Message & data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11 . Opt-Out
Text STOP to +1 832-974-2335 at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation text and you will receive no further messages unless you re-enroll.

13 . Eligibility & Responsibility

14 . Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, TX.
